- This applies to installing a new foam over the entire flat patio roof @ 5 sq’s.
- Remove current flat patio roof system from the entire flat patio roof (roll and haul away).
- Install new plywood over area where chimney was removed and patch area/prep for new roofing system.
- Additional plywood sheets as needed would add $85 per sheet to the total.
- Apply 1″ foam over the entire flat patio roof. (FOAM OPTION)
- Apply elastomeric white coating at a rate of 3.0 gallons per 100 sq ft over the entire new foam patio roof. (FOAM OPTION)
- Apply Peel & Stick rolled coating over the entire patio. (PEEL & STICK OPTION)
- Tie new patio roofing into existing roofing for a seamless transition against leaks.
- Seal all penetrations, haul away debris, and keep yard clean.
- Provide 5 year warranty against leaks over the entire new foam patio roof, @ 5 sq’s.
WE PROPOSE hereby to furnish material and labor – complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum listed in the TOTAL.
