ESTIMATE SPECS FOR TILE ROOF REPLACE
- —This proposal applies to the entire Tile Roof @ 34 sq’s with Patio Rolled Roofing
@ 2 sq’s - —Remove tile then set aside, re-install after repair (unless broken—then replace).
- —Remove felt and remove and replace battens from the entire roof.
- —Remove and replace sheets of bad plywood (as needed) throughout the ROOF. Additional plywood billed at
$85/sheet. - —Install new SBS rolled roofing as needed.
- —Install a single of new Good, better or best Underlayment over the entire roof.
- —Install new 3 inch x 3 inch drip edge around the perimeter of the entire roof.
- —Install new 3 ribbed valley metals, and channel metals as needed throughout the ROOF.
- —Install new L metals, roof jacks, T-Top air vents, and O’Haggin vents throughout the roof as needed. (proper
ventilation) - —Install new ridge and hip enclosures as needed throughout the roof.
- —Install new bird stops as needed throughout the tile roof
- —Seal all penetrations, haul away debris and keep yard clean.
- WARRANTY OPTIONS:
- —Provide 50 YEAR* non-transferrable manufacturer, new material warranty @ 34 sq’s – $12,900.
*WARRANTY Information:
Warranty is covered through your tile manufacturer directly. Valleywide warranties labor and workmanship for the first 10 years. Manufacturer warranty must be activated directly through their website upon project completion by homeowner.
ESTIMATED COMPLETION: 2-3 Days
WE PROPOSE hereby to furnish material and labor – complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum listed below. Tax is included in price.
