- Install new 2″ x 2″ drip edge and trim around the perimeter of the entire shingle roof as needed.
- Install L flashings as needed on the shingle roof.
- Remove and replace 3 Whirly Bird Turbines on the shingle roof.
- Seal all penetrations, haul away debris, and keep yard clean.
- Provide 15-year Warranty against leaks over the entire shingle roof, @ 22 sq’s + 6 sq’s patio.
