- Install new #30 felt over the entire shingle roof.
- Install new GAF Timberline Natural Shadow shingles over the entire shingle roof.
- Install new 2″x2″ drip edge metal (Black, Brown, or White)
- Replace pipe jacks, t-top vents, b-vent bases, and counter flashings
- Seal all penetrations, haul away debris, and keep yard clean.
- Provide 15-year warranty against leaks over the entire shingle roof, @ 40 sq’s.
