- This applies to installing a new foam roof over the entire flat roof @ 45 sq’s & 10 sq’s paraphet walls
- Remove existing roofing system from the entire flat roof
- Remove and replace (5) plywood sheets as needed through the roof. Additional plywood sheets as needed would add $80/sheet to the total.
- Apply 1″ foam over the entire flat roof.
- Remove and replace T-Tops from the foam roof.
- Seal all penetrations, haul away debris, and keep yard clean.
- Provide 10-year warranty against leaks over the entire new foam roof, @ 45 sq’s
WE PROPOSE hereby to furnish material and labor – complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum listed in the TOTAL.
50% due at signing / 50% due upon completion.
