- Apply 1″ foam over the entire flat roof.
- Install T-Tops as needed on the foam roof.
- Seal all penetrations, haul away debris, and keep yard clean.
- Provide 8-year limited warranty against leaks over the entire new addition roof, @ 7 sq’s
