- —This estimate applies to the entire garage and patio roof @ 8 sq’s.
- —Remove rolled roofing from the patio.
- —Remove felt and remove and replace battens from the entire garage and patio.
- —Remove and replace fascia board and trim from entire garage and patio as needed.
- —Remove and replace 3 sheets of bad plywood as needed throughout the garage and patio.
Additional plywood sheets (if needed) would add $80 per sheet to the total. - —Apply new SA-SBS Rolled Roofing Peel Stick Basesheet and Capsheet over the entire garage and patio.
- —Install 2×2 drip edge around the perimeter of the entire garage and patio as needed.
- —Install new L/roof jack flashings throughout the entire garage and patio as needed.
- —Seal all penetrations, haul away debris and keep yard clean.
- —Provide 8-year warranty against leaks over the entire garage and patio, @ 8 sq’s.
