- This applies to installing a new foam roof over the entire flat roof @ 33 sq’s and the maintenance shed @ 2 sq’s.
- Remove two layers of roofing from the entire flat roof and maintenance shed.
- Remove and replace up to (5) bad plywood sheets as needed throughout the roof. Additional plywood sheets as needed would add $85/sheet to the total.
- Apply 1″ foam over the entire flat roof.
- Remove and replace T-Tops from the foam roof.
- Install (1) 2×4 and (2) 2×2 skylights and from the roof.
- Seal all penetrations, haul away debris, and keep yard clean.
- Provide 5 year warranty against leaks over the entire new foam roof, @ 35 sq’s (includes maint. shed). Annual Maintenance Package req’d after 5 years.
WE PROPOSE hereby to furnish material and labor – complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum listed in the TOTAL. 50% due at signing / 50% due upon completion.
