    • Remove shingles and felt from the entire roof & patio roof.
    • Remove and replace any sheets of bad plywood as needed throughout the shingle roof.
    • Install new #30 felt over the entire shingle roof.
    • Install new Old English Pewter 30 year Shingles over the entire shingle roof.
    • Install new 2″ x 2″ drip edge and trim around the perimeter of the entire shingle roof as needed.
    • Install L flashings as needed on the shingle roof.
    • Remove and replace O’Haggin air vents on the shingle roof as needed.
    • Seal all penetrations, haul away debris, and keep yard clean.
    • Provide 15-year Warranty against leaks over the entire shingle roof, @ 29 sq’s + 3 sq’s patio.
