- Remove shingles and felt from the entire roof & patio roof.
- Remove and replace any sheets of bad plywood as needed throughout the shingle roof.
- Install new #30 felt over the entire shingle roof.
- Install new Old English Pewter 30 year Shingles over the entire shingle roof.
- Install new 2″ x 2″ drip edge and trim around the perimeter of the entire shingle roof as needed.
- Install L flashings as needed on the shingle roof.
- Remove and replace O’Haggin air vents on the shingle roof as needed.
- Seal all penetrations, haul away debris, and keep yard clean.
- Provide 15-year Warranty against leaks over the entire shingle roof, @ 29 sq’s + 3 sq’s patio.
