- Remove and replace any sheets of bad plywood @ $85/sheet as needed.
- Install new #30 felt over the back half of roof.
- Install new 30 year 3-dimensional shingles over back half of roof.
- Install 2 new whirley birds on the shingle roof.
- Install 2 new 3-inch roof jacks on roof.
- Install 1 new 7-inch T-top on roof.
- Install L flashings as needed on the shingle roof.
- Remove satellite dish and set aside for re-installation.
- Seal all penetrations, haul away debris, and keep yard clean.
- Provide 10-year transferrable warranty against leaks over back half of the roof @ 8 sq’s.
