- Remove and replace any bad sheets of plywood – any sheets replaced will add $85/sheet to the total
- Remove tile in repair area and set aside
- Install new Tile Seal Underlayment to repair area
- Re-install tiles
- All mortar joints will be touched up as needed
- Secure slipped tiles as needed
- Seal all penetrations
- Clean up debris
Provide 15 YEAR WARRANTY for workmanship against leaks on the repaired area @ 5 sq’s.
