   • —This estimate applies to the entire patio @ {4 } sq’s.
   • —Remove all roofing material from the patio roof.
   • —Install 24 feet of missing fascia board from patio.
   • —Remove and replace all (9) sheets of bad plywood (as needed) throughout the patio.
     Additional plywood sheets (if needed) would add $80 per sheet to the total.
   • —Apply new SA-SBS Rolled Roofing Peel Stick Basesheet and Capsheet over the entire patio.
   • —Install 8 pieces of 2inch x 2inch drip edge around the perimeter of the entire patio.
   • —Tie the patio roof into the shingle roof as needed. 
   • —Seal all penetrations, haul away debris and keep yard clean.
   • —Provide 5 year warranty against leaks over the entire patio, @ {4 } sq’s.
