—This estimate applies to the entire roof @ 53 sq’s.
—Remove current layers of roofing system & membrane.
—Remove and replace any bad plywood as needed throughout the roof.
Additional plywood sheets (if needed) would add approx. $30 per sheet to the total (cost of plywood plus cost of install/discard of old sheets).
—Apply new foam over the entire roof. Low spots will be filled in with additional foam as/where needed.
—Install 3 inch x 3 inch drip edge around the perimeter of the entire roof as needed.
—Install new 2×4 Skylight.
—Patch current stucco and apply foam over cracked stucco. Match color as much as possible (tan color).
—Paint Tan color over edges to match color of property.
—Install new L/roof jack flashings throughout the roof as needed.
—Seal all penetrations, haul away debris and keep yard clean.
—Provide 5-year warranty against leaks over the entire roof, @ 53 sq’s.ESTIMATED COMPLETION: 1-2 Days
