- This applies to installing a new foam roof over the entire flat roof @ 27 sq’s.
- Remove foam from the entire flat roof.
- Remove and replace bad plywood as needed throughout the roof (owner will provide plywood).
- Additional plywood sheets as needed would add $85 per sheet to the total (see above).
- Apply 1″ foam over the entire flat roof.
- Apply elastomeric white coating at a rate of 3.0 gallons per 100 sq ft over the entire new foam roof.
- Remove and replace T-Tops from the foam roof.
- Install new 2×2 skylights on the roof:
- 2×2 Plastic Lens white over clear curve mount: $200/ea.
- Seal all penetrations, haul away debris, and keep yard clean.
- Provide 5 year warranty against leaks over the entire new foam roof, @ 27 sq’s. Annual Maintenance Package req’d after 5 years.
WE PROPOSE hereby to furnish material and labor – complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum listed in the TOTAL. 25% due at signing / 25% due at start date / 50% due upon completion.
