- Remove and replace fascia board and trim from patio as needed.
- Remove and replace plywood as needed @ $80 per sheet
- Includes 4 sheets
- Apply new SA-SBS Rolled Roofing Peel Stick Basesheet and Capsheet over the entire patio.
- Install 2inch x 2inch drip edge around the perimeter of the entire patio as needed.
- Tie the patio roof into the main structure as needed.(shingle roof)
- Seal all penetrations, haul away debris and keep yard clean.
- Provide 10 year warranty against leaks over the entire patio, @ 9 sq’s.

Upon inspecting attic and rafters we have 3 issues. A cracked rafter, and 2 rafter supports installed improperly and need to be corrected. +$1,450

Notes
Upon inspecting the patio visible damages are noticeable. The cap sheet of the patio has been coated with elastomeric coating to cover up the damages and to extend the life of the Roof. And the longest side of the patio. There has been a separate drip edge installed over the existing roof. This was to hold down and prevent from lifting any further. Nothing else. Replacement is what’s recommended for this roof.
