- This applies to the entire shingle roof, @ 20 sq’s.
- Remove shingles and felt from the entire roof & patio roof.
- Remove and replace 3 sheets of bad plywood at $45/sheet as needed throughout the shingle roof. Plywood to be provided by subcontractor per agreement.
- Install new Synthetic Underlayment over the entire shingle roof.
- Install new shingles over the entire shingle roof.
- Install new 2″x2″ drip edge and trim around the perimeter of the entire shingle roof as needed.
- Install L flashings as needed on the shingle roof.
- Remove and replace O’Haggin air vents on the shingle roof as needed.
- Seal all penetrations, haul away debris, and keep yard clean.
- Provide 2-year Workmanship Warranty against leaks over the entire shingle roof, @ 20 sq’s.
