- Remove current roofing system from patio roof.
- Remove and replace fascia board and trim from patio as needed.
- Remove and replace 2 sheets of plywood. Any additional plywood replaced adds $85/sheet to the total.
- Apply new SA-SBS Rolled Roofing Peel Stick Basesheet and Capsheet over the entire patio.
- Install 2inch x 2inch drip edge around the perimeter of the entire patio as needed.
- Tie the patio roof into the main structure as needed (shingle roof).
- Seal all penetrations, haul away debris and keep yard clean.
- Provide 10-year warranty against leaks over the entire patio @ 8 sq’s.
WE PROPOSE hereby to furnish material and labor – complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum listed.
