- This estimate applies to the entire patio and flat roofs @ 10 sq’s.
- Remove rolled roofing from the roofs.
- Remove and replace fascia board and trim from patio as needed.
- Remove and replace all plywood as needed (Plywood included).
- Apply new SA-SBS Rolled Roofing Peel Stick Basesheet and Capsheet over the entire patio or flat roofs.
- Install 2inch x 2inch drip edge around the perimeter of the entire patio as needed.
- Tie the patio roof into the main structure as needed (shingle roof).
- Seal all penetrations, haul away debris and keep yard clean.
- Provide 10 year warranty against leaks over the entire flat roofs @ 9 sq’s.
WE PROPOSE hereby to furnish material and labor – complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum listed. (This includes all flat roofs)
