- This applies to installing peel and stick flat roof @ 7 sq’s and the replacement of 5 sq’s shingle.
- Remove two layers of roofing from the entire flat roof.
- Remove and replace (2) bad plywood sheets throughout the roof. Additional plywood sheets as needed would add $85/sheet to the total.
- Remove and replace T-Tops from the flat roof, as needed.
- Install (1) 2×2 skylight and build curbing to be up to code on the roof.
- Seal all penetrations, haul away debris, and keep yard clean.
- Provide 15 year warranty against leaks over the new flat roof @ 7 sq’s (includes 5 sq’s shingle).
WE PROPOSE hereby to furnish material and labor – complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum listed in the TOTAL.
