- —Remove felt and remove and replace battens from the entire roof.
- —Remove and replace fascia board and trim from patio as needed.
- —Remove and replace all plywood throughout the patio.
- —Apply new SA-SBS Rolled Roofing Peel Stick Basesheet and Capsheet over the entire patio.
- —Install 2inch x 2inch drip edge around the perimeter of the entire patio as needed.
- —Tie the patio roof into the main structure roof as needed.
- —Seal all penetrations, haul away debris and keep yard clean.
- —Provide 15 year warranty against leaks over the entire patio, @ 2.5 sq’s.

- WE PROPOSE hereby to furnish material and labor – complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum listed below. Tax is included in price.
