- Apply elastomeric white coating at a rate of 3.0 gallons per 100 sq ft over the perimeter walls of the building roof.
- Seal all penetrations, haul away debris, and keep yard clean.
- Provide 3 year warranty against leaks over the entire new foam area, @ 15 sq’s.
