Warranty Statement for Roof Replacement Options

Thank you for choosing Valleywide Pro Roofing, LLC for your roofing needs. We are committed to providing high-quality materials and professional installation to ensure the longevity and performance of your new roof. To maximize the lifespan of your roof and maintain warranty coverage, the following warranty terms and conditions apply:

1. Warranty Coverage

All roof replacement options come with a comprehensive warranty that includes:

• Underlayment Warranty: Coverage as per the manufacturer’s warranty, ranging from 10 to 50 years depending on the underlayment type selected.
• Tile Warranty: Coverage as per the manufacturer’s warranty, ranging from 30 years to a lifetime, depending on the type of tile selected (standard concrete, premium concrete, or clay tiles).

2. Maintenance Requirements

To maintain the validity of the warranty beyond the initial 15/20/30 years, an annual maintenance package is required. This package is designed to ensure your roof remains in optimal condition and any potential issues are addressed promptly.

• Annual Maintenance Package Cost: $299/year.
• Discounted Maintenance Plan: Customers have the option to pre-pay for maintenance in 5-year bundles at a discounted rate. See below for discounts.

Discounted Rates:

• 5-Year Maintenance Bundle: $1,345 (a savings of $150 compared to annual payments).

3. Manufacturer Warranty Claims

While Valleywide Pro Roofing, LLC provides a workmanship warranty on the installation and materials used, any claims related to the manufacturer’s warranties (underlayment and tiles) must be processed directly through the manufacturer. Our team is available to assist you in facilitating these claims to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

4. Terms and Conditions

• Warranty Activation: The warranty will become effective on the date of completion of the roof installation.
• Maintenance Schedule: The annual maintenance package is mandatory after the initial 5-year period to continue the coverage. Failure to comply with the annual maintenance schedule may void the warranty.
• Coverage Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by natural disasters, improper use, or modifications made to the roof after installation without prior consultation with Valleywide Pro Roofing, LLC. The warranty does not cover any work performed by other roofing contractors or companies not associated with Valleywide Pro Roofing, LLC.
• Warranty Transfer: The warranty is transferable to a new homeowner upon the sale of the property, provided that all maintenance requirements have been met. A one-time transfer fee of $250 is required to transfer the warranty to the new homeowner.
