   ESTIMATE SPECS FOR Tile Roof Repair + Maintenance

   • —This proposal applies to reparing the tile roof on the west half of 2nd story @ 10 sq’s.
   • —Remove tile from repair area then set aside, re-install after repair (unless broken—then replace).
   • —Remove felt and remove and replace battens from the repair area.
   • —Remove and replace {plywood_sheets} sheets of bad plywood (as needed) throughout the repair area. Additional plywood billed at $80/sheet.
   • —Install {underlayment_layers} layer(s) of new #40 Underlayment over the repair area.
   • —Install new 3 inch x 3 inch drip edge around the perimeter of the repair area.
   • —Install new L metals,  roof jacks, T-Top air vents, and O’Hagin vents throughout the roof.
   • —Install new ridge and hip enclosures as needed throughout the roof.
   • —Install new bird stops as needed throughout the roof.
   • Remove and replace broken tiles from the remaining of the roof as needed.
   • —Seal all penetrations, haul away debris and keep yard clean.
   • —Provide 5 year warranty against leaks over the repair area only , @  10 sq’s.

   ESTIMATED COMPLETION: 1-2 Days

   WE PROPOSE hereby to furnish material and labor – complete in accordance with the above specifications, for the sum listed below. Tax is included in price.
